What You’ll Do
- Provide direct patient care for adult medical-surgical units
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist with patient transfers, calls, and alarms
- Educate patients and families on care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update care strategies
- Assess patient needs regularly and document care activities
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and compliance efforts
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan
- Minimum 1 year of Med Surg experience
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience in a hospital setting
- Ability to work independently and within team environments
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
