What You’ll Do

- Follow facility protocols to ensure safety and compliance
- Foster a positive environment for patient recovery and well-being
- Contribute to achieving optimal patient outcomes through dedicated support
What You Need
- Valid OTA/COTA license in Texas
- Experience working in long-term care (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for helping patients regain independence
