Momentum Health Staffing is seeking a full-time Nonoperative Interventional Spine Physician to join Vermont Orthopaedic Clinic’s outpatient Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and multidisciplinary SpineCare program in the heart of the Green Mountains.
Opportunity Highlights
Full-time Nonoperative Interventional Spine / Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation opportunity
Join an established outpatient PM&R and multidisciplinary SpineCare program
Treat a diverse patient population of all ages, primarily adults
Monday–Friday schedule with patient hours within a 40-hour work week
No formal call requirement
Practice does not require opioid prescribing or management
Join a collaborative SpineCare team that includes:
Fellowship-trained Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon
Osteopathic Physiatrist
Experienced Physician Assistant
Embedded behavioral health support
Fellowship training or commensurate experience in spinal procedures is required
Opportunity to provide comprehensive nonoperative spine care in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment

Qualifications
MD or DO degree
Completion of an accredited Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation residency
Board Certified or Board Eligible
Fellowship training or commensurate experience in spinal procedures required
Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Vermont
Strong clinical and communication skills
Commitment to providing exceptional, patient-centered care
