What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality care for patients in a lower acuity cardiac unit
- Monitor and assess patient conditions using telemetry and other tools
- Administer medications, including conscious sedation, and perform IV starts
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
- Float to similar or lower acuity units as needed within the facility
- Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC electronic health record system
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Ohio RN license
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PCU or similar setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong skills in telemetry, IV starts, and conscious sedation
