Pay & Benefits

What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement nursing care plans tailored to patient needs across various age groups
- Conduct patient assessments, provide leadership within the care team, and coordinate with ancillary staff
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary
- Ensure compliance with hospital standards and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities
What You Need
Required:
- Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Oklahoma
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience in a medical-surgical setting
- Strong assessment and patient care skills
- Ability to work nights and adapt to fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Experience with adult and geriatric patient populations
- Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
