Position: Acute Rehab Intake Coordinator POSITION SUMMARY (includes, but is not limited to): Acts as primary contact person receiving and recording all information for all potential patients to be admitted and coordinates the entire pre-admission process until final acceptance and authorization has been obtained including notification of all interested parties up to and including arrival time. Must have excellent communication skills with physicians and case managers in the community,
