Full-time Family Nurse Practitioner needed on Long Island, NY! (Reference Code: KAM)
Join a non-profit, New York State licensed, federally qualified health center. Offering generous compensation and benefits. This position is for a new mobile van traveling to different sites through Suffolk County. The Nurse Practitioner will assess and evaluate patients. The goal is to connect patients with a permanent health home at one of our healthcare sites! This is a really rewarding opportunity, connecting with underserved communities.
Requirements: * Must have completed an accredited NP or PA program and be registered by the NYS Department of Education. * Must have 3-5 years of previous experience. * Must speak Spanish.
